Can I return my painting if I don't like it?

 

Yes!

 

How many days do I have to think it over?

 

90 days from the purchase date. This means you get to receive the painting, hang it on your wall, and still return it if you don't like it!

 

 

If I return my painting, do I get my money back?

 

 

Yes! You will get 100% of your money back immediately after painting restocking!!

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased. Shipping fees of returned merchandise apply. Cancelling an order prior to image approval (before painting production) will result in a charge of 15% of the total purchase amount to cover transaction fees.

 

    

 

Shipping Policies

Worldwide Shipping*

 

Normally, at the beginning, we request 40% deposit  based on the total purchase amount to cover transaction fees.

Paintings that are in stock are shipped within 24hrs. If your order out of stock or amount is over 5 pcs these paintings take 1 to 4 weeks to paint.

A digital photo of the painting shall be emailed to the customer for approval before actual shipment. If approval email is not replied by customer after 5 business days, the painting will be considered as approved and will be sent to the customer.

We ship oil paintings and frames to our customers via:  DHL/ FedEx Express and shipping





* Customs/duties/taxes/fees are on the recipient.
* Shipment to outside of China is via FedEx Express and entails 80% co-pay by the customer. (For example, the co-pay for a rolled painting is $35 and the co-pay for a 20" X 24" framed painting is $75).
* Shipment of framed paintings outside mainland of China is limited in size due to freight restrictions.

Due to the fact that our paintings are not a print and entirely hand-painted and not computerized, the reproductions are very similar to the original, as displayed on our website. They cannot be categorized as exact, one-to-one (1:1) reproductions. Oil Paintings Gallery makes no guarantees of exactness, as it contradicts the very nature of hand-painted oils.
